So what’s Yoga all about? Well initially like most I thought Yoga was all about flexibility and striking a pose but in more recent times Yoga has meant freedom for me.

Freedom from my mental health issues – anxiety and OCD

Freedom from my crippling sciatic pain

Freedom from my digestive health issues

Yoga has become essential for my wellbeing both physically and mentally and it’s my hope to spread this freedom to other people. Yoga couldn’t be further from the advertised image we all see, it’s about reconnecting with yourself and listening to your body, going back to basics and understanding who you really are. It is a journey of a lifetime and something to be embraced.
